Our Sevices: Fees & Insurance
Fees vary by the type of service requested, whether you have insurance coverage, and your ability to pay. We typically provide an initial introductory session to learn how we can help, and determine your insurance coverage and fees. If we are not the right provider for your needs, we do not charge for this session and will offer you a referral.
As a courtesy to our patients, we take care of insurance billing and collection, including billing secondary payers for Medicare patients. This allows us to reduce patients’ out-of-pocket fees, and maintain confidentiality as we use secure, HIPAA-compliant electronic billing. It also allows us to work with the payers’ Case Managers and Medical Directors to assure our patients receive all necessary services.

Please note that we are not able to provide services to patients who have Medi-Cal as secondary coverage to Medicare, or patients on Medi-Cal or any Medi-Cal health plan (e.g., HPSM).
